These paintings followed my training with the Dutch artist Liane Collot d'Herbois. She had spend over five decades studying the sacred power of color, guided by the indications of the German psychic scientist, Rudolf Steiner.  Steiner is the founder of Waldorf education and Biodynamic farming among other transformative disciplines. His work began as a young man editing the scientific work on color, light and earth energy of Wolfgang Von Goethe, the German poet.

Painting with the colors of the spectrum proved to be extremely powerful. I spent over a year doing one color studies of each of the colors, learning from each its specific expressive qualities and formative energy. After a couple of years I was guided to stop because my body was not yet clear enough at that time to continue without being overloaded. In my current work I have returned to the color work and I am now able to benefit from its power.
